1 General Terms & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the 15bdba platform, including the website and mobile app. 15bdba is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international gaming license.

Using any service on 15bdba — including creating an account, betting, playing games, claiming bonuses, or making deposits — constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use 15bdba's services.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Age Verification & Minor Protection

15bdba strictly ensures that no one under the age of 18 can use the platform. Providing false information about your age during registration will result in:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All balances in the account may be forfeited.
• Applicable legal action may be taken.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

The following payment rules apply at all times on 15bdba:

• Mobile banking, bank transfer, and e-wallets are accepted for deposits.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• General wagering requirements for bonuses may range from 1x to 30x — the specific requirement will be stated in each offer.

• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on 15bdba:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The cash-out feature may be used when available — however, it may not be offered on all matches.
• 15bdba reserves the right to void any bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is voided, its odds will be counted as 1.00.
• Maximum winnings may vary depending on the specific match or event.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 15bdba:

• Using bots, automation, or any automated software to place bets or play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Attempting to identify or exploit security vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Attempting to gain funds through fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
• Threatening or harassing behavior toward other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

15bdba reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violations.
• In cases of registration with false or incomplete information.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse or fraud.
• Where required by law or regulatory directive.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may also request account closure at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before closure, unless fraud is suspected.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

15bdba firmly believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial stress. That is why 15bdba offers every member the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit for how long you play in a single session.
• Loss Limit: Betting will be automatically suspended if losses exceed a specified amount.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

In all cases, 15bdba's maximum liability is limited to the amount involved in that specific transaction.

12 Terms Amendments & Effective Date

15bdba may change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
